Use this page to report errors and problems you had with chiq_chaq. We like bug reports, because this is the best way for us to improve chiq_chaq. But in order to make the bug report effective, it should have:

• details - It is hard to know in advance what will help to identify the problem and find a solution. Also, sometimes it is difficult to reproduce the error. Therefore it is important to capture as much details as possible when the error does occur.
• contact information - Sometimes we need more details, or want you to help us do some tests to reproduce the problem. For this we would appreciate having your contact information -- at least an email address, and of possible also a telephone number. It's compulsory, but it will be very helpful.
• system information - There is some technical system information that we almost always need to know, which allows us to eliminate most of the possible causes for the problem. To make it easier to fill-in, chiq_chaq adds this information automatically to every bug report. To see this information, click "Show system and browser settings".
