In Israel, Althoug the Brit-Mila is a very important
tradition, there are people that are not sure it's necessary. On January 1999 we started to publish a NewsLetter in Hebrew, that raise the issue, and speaks for the people who are against this tradition. Since then, we published 5 issues, and lately, a long list of articles in hebrew, that can be sent by snail-mail, or be read online.
